Framethrower for Pistorm Amiga 500/500+/1000/2000

It is used to output an RGB image from the Amiga via the CSI connector in the Pistorm Raspberry Pi to a single shared HDMI output.

On the SD card in Pistorm, in the "cmdeline" file, paste the following in one line:
